We have infused our semi-cured cheese made with pasteurized cow’s milk with dried rosemary from our own farm to highlight some of the typical flavors of the island. It is slightly matured for a minimum of 15 days and elaborated in the same traditional way.
Our semi-cured cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk with added smoky flavors to intensify its taste. It is subjected to a very short maturation (not exceeding 3 weeks).
